We strongly recommend that you use a trackable, insured shipping method like UPS and obtain a receipt for your shipment as proof that you have shipped your package. We are not responsible for customer returns that are damaged, lost, or stolen in transit.

All items must be returned in the original condition they were sent with the tags and protective packaging included. Make sure to include the original invoice with your return. We reserve the right to refuse returns on items that have been worn, soiled, laundered, or altered in any way. Final sale items cannot be returned, only exchanged, and are subject to availability. Please send an email with the shipping receipt to customercare@normalobjects.com for verification.

Your return will be processed within 2 weeks of the date it is received at our facility. We will notify you via email once your return has been processed.
