DELIVERY TIME AND COSTS
We offer multiple USPS, UPS, and FEDex shipping methods on all orders. Customer selects desired shipping method during checkout. Shipping prices are automatically calculated based on weight, size, and quantity and will vary between destinations and shipping methods. We ship orders on a regular basis Monday – Friday. Orders are usually shipped within 24 hours, however, it may take longer during times of high volume. Once the order is shipped, NORMAL OBJECTS will send an email with a tracking number which you can engage online.
SHIPPING INFORMATION
The customer is responsible for any and all customs/duties/import taxes needed to clear customs within the country of destination. NORMAL OBJECTS recommends checking with your local customs office for approximate charges which may apply. Once a shipment is in route, NORMAL OBJECTS shall not be liable for any lost or damaged packages. Any damage caused during shipping should be directed to the courier and its customer service representatives. NORMAL OBJECTS will support buyers with the necessary information in the event that a claim needs to be filed with the courier. NORMAL OBJECTS is not responsible for unclaimed or refused packages. In the event that a package gets returned to us, NORMAL OBJECTS will charge the customer associated return shipping costs. Customer will have the opportunity to cancel or exchange the returned order, minus shipping fees.
